What Categories Apply

The categories that apply here are identifiers (IP address, cookie and device identifiers), internet or network activity (pages viewed on culturalpilgrim.com, referring pages, timestamps), and, only where you have provided it, contact information such as an email address. Sources are your own device and any analytics or advertising partner in use.

Advertising and Sharing

Personal information is not sold for money by Culturalpilgrim. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.

Your Control

You may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and may opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Where state law allows, you may appeal if we say no. Making a request will never result in worse service or different terms; anti-discrimination provisions apply and we honour them.

Requests go to hello@culturalpilgrim.com. If all you want is to opt out, enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser does it without contacting anyone — the signal is honoured automatically. We verify by corresponding with the email address the request came from, and answer inside the statutory window. Agents acting on your behalf need written authorisation.
